I am a photographer based out of Northern California whose primary focus is to capture the relationship between the ocean and the animals and humans that thrive in it. I have a specific interest in the play of light and water, and the texture and colors that come from the intersection of the two. I have a background in painting, and I tend to rely heavily on this training when composing photos. In shooting exclusively film, I have learned that intention and consideration are my greatest assets, especially when shooting something as dynamic as the ocean with a camera that takes only thirty six frames.
